Anchor Beer pushes out new brand image

Anchor Beer has launched a new brand image campaign, in partnership with communications agency Alchemy.

The campaign will launch in mid-March 2015 with a TVC called ‘Reflect Real Moments’, for the Cambodian market.

The commercial was commissioned by Cambodia Breweries Limited (CBL) to inspire men to live lives true to themselves.

The TVC shows its main character’s true self being reflected upon coming into contact with Anchor Beer. The beer aims to be the liquid courage for individuals to unmask themselves and embrace their true personalities.

This is the sixth Anchor Beer film created by The Alchemy Partnership since they were appointed as the brand’s agency on record for the region in 2010. Alvin Wong, Alchemy’s CEO, said, “it’s another exciting chapter as we build on the foundations to create a stronger brand with deeper links with its fans.”

Samol Mean, CBL’s marketing manager added, “This is just the start of the journey, we are waiting to unveil a dynamic brand roadmap with other activities that add new dimensions to Anchor Beer.”
