AnalogFolk has appointed Matt David as managing partner for Asia where will be responsible for managing Hong Kong-based client business, as well as strategies across all client accounts in Asia.

David has 18 years of experience working in digital strategy and delivery - 16 years of which have been in Asia - having occupied lead strategy roles at Isobar, TBWA\Worldwide, McCann Erikson, Sedgewick Richardson, and most recently, Emarsys. He gained particular kudos for his work on large scale customer experience projects for clients such as Mercedes and Infiniti.

David said, "I’ve seen first-hand the impact our team has had by putting the customer at the centre and using insight and data intelligently. I look forward to working with our team to deliver game-changing experiences for our clients, and their customers, in Hong Kong and across Asia.”

This new hire comes several months after the appointment of Stephen Pill as strategy director Asia in October 2019.

Commenting on David's appointment, managing director and partner of AnalogFolk Chris Ryan said, “David's experience in digital leadership is very impressive and we are excited for him to join our expanding team of top-notch digital talents. Demand in the region for our specialist services is very strong – even in the current climate – and as we are seeing new opportunities elsewhere in Asia, it is important we are able to scale our leadership team in 2020."
