AKA supports men’s health movement
Global charity for men’s health issues, Movember has appointed AKA Asia to promote Singapore’s first official Movember campaign. In the month of Novemeber, Movember’s focus in Singapore will be to drive awareness and raise funds for prostate cancer as well as men’s mental health. Men are also encouraged to grow a moustache for an entire month, garnering support from peers in the form of donations. They are also encouraged to prompt public and private conversations. Movember ambassadors, or ‘Mo Bros’, also commit to being walking billboards to talk about men’s health issues. AKA Asia is currently recruiting a Singaporean ‘MO ARMY’ consisting of dedicated ‘Mo Bros’ and ‘Mo Sistas’.
Maxus partners EM
Digital media planning solutions company Effective Measure (EM) has partnered up with Maxus to regionally implement EM’s online strategic solutions. The partnership sees that Maxus deploys EM’s “Campaign Measurement and Impact Research Studies” for its clients. EM’s audience measurement platform measures the performance and impact of campaigns using demographic data and social insights. The tools provided by EM allow the agency to analyse client campaigns, as it is running. The “Campaign Impact” tools also enable the agency and its client to evaluate the online campaigns.
Savvis and XM APAC inks deal
Savvis, providers of cloud infrastructure, has partnered with XM Asia Pacific to host its clients’ digital engagement platform on Savvis’ enterprise-class cloud infrastructure. The sites will be hosted on the “Savvis Symphony Open” public cloud platform through Savvis’ data centre in Singapore. Using Savvis’ local infrastructure, XM Asia Pacific will be offering its services to its client base in China, Australia and Japan.
