Added Value makes double hires in Singapore

TweetGlobal marketing and brand consultancy Added Value has made multiple new hires to its Singapore office.Susenie Hon has joined the team as director of qualitative insight and Mary Lau has joined as associate director to strengthen the team in quantitative insight.Hon joins the qualitative team, led by Jessica Bower. She has over 14 years’ experience in qualitative research, specialising in insight for brand positioning and activation within FMCG and financial services. Hon has worked with Added Value for 4 years, in Hong Kong office before she moved to Singapore location.Lau will spearhead Added Value’s Quantitative Insight offer. She will focus on Added Value’s GrowthFinder solution, which enables clients to identify, size and activate brand growth opportunities. Her talent and knowledge are key to accelerating the company’s ability to support clients’ growth imperatives.She brings years of marketing and analytics-related experience gained in Added Value’s Shanghai and Los Angeles offices, spanning sectors including automotive, FMCG, fashion retail, luxury goods, and technology.Carol Mok (pictured), managing director of Added Value Singapore, said:“Hon’s extensive relationships and deep understanding of FMCG and financial services will enhance our ability to deliver innovative ideas to clients in this important sector.”“We are eager to see Lau apply her technical strengths and strategic expertise to our fast-growing business.”In the previous months, the marketing and brand consultancy has also promoted senior staff among its ranks.Xiao Asuncion was recently promoted to associate director of cultural insights.  In her new role, she will champion Cultural Insights to enable brands to stay culturally relevant, leverage emergent trends.Christina Inocentes has been promoted to associate director of qualitative insights.  In her new role, Inocentes will support new and existing clients in strategies for brand positioning and activation.
