In 2023, ADA Thailand’s goals are helping clients navigate their solutions – from adtech to martech – and growing their top-lines through connected data, marketing, commerce, and the customer experience.

At Marketing Excellence Awards Thailand 2022, at Pullman Bangkok Grande Sukhumvit, Thailand, on 29 November 2022, ADA Thailand brought home 18 awards – seven golds, five silver, and six bronze.

With six campaign submissions, ADA dominated the data-driven and consumer insights, eCommerce, digital and mobile marketing categories in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG); and banking, financial services, and insurance (BFSI).

“It was an honour to be awarded in the data-driven and consumer insights, eCommerce, digital and mobile marketing categories. Not only have our integrated solutions proven their effectiveness through award-winning campaigns, but clients also come to us for this exact reason – tangible results,” said Dan Zonmani, managing director of ADA Thailand.

“These awards belong to our in-house experts who dedicate themselves to growing clients’ businesses, and to our clients who entrusted ADA to deliver outcomes that matter. We look forward to celebrating many more successes of our integrated solutions and marketing strategies that bring win-win opportunities for both parties in the long term.”

Choosing the right partner

Although ADA’s clients hail from different industries, the submitted campaigns exhibited a common theme – the integration of media, content, and data in their work.

With a deep understanding of performance marketing in key industries such as FMCG and BFSI, its team of digital gurus, data engineers, and media experts crafted campaigns and employed the right tools and solutions to address the business challenges faced by clients.

And, with the planning prowess in deploying tools such as customer relationship management to enhance the customer experience, campaigns were constantly optimised to ensure business outcomes were achieved.

Major milestones for ADA Thailand in 2022

Despite the pandemic, ADA Thailand has been consistently delivering outstanding results – winning over multiple blue-chip clients, scooping awards for clients, and more.

“It makes me proud to say that we have been selected by multiple blue-chip clients to create award-winning proven strategies that are powered by integrated data-driven insights, customer analytics and martech-driven business solutions to scale their businesses,” Zonmani said.

Apart from new client wins that contributed to the 25% of business growth, total billed revenue has also grown more than 20%, despite the softening market sentiments in Thailand’s digital landscape.

ADA Thailand has also partnered with LINE to deliver personalised and conversational experiences for customers. With 50 million users in Thailand, the AI-powered chatbot solutions can address customers’ frequently asked questions through automated responses. For Thailand-based brands, this means customer service agents can deal with more complex issues to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.

“We were able to use the LINE chat application as a strategic omni-channel approach to acquire and sustain customer loyalty,” said Tasnaporn Egpongphisit, chief marketing officer of I.P. One – a company that took home three gold and one bronze at Marketing Excellence Awards Thailand 2022 in the categories of marketing transformation, mobile marketing, gaming, and loyalty and relationships.

“Currently, I.P. Happy Family has more than 1.4 million members on LINE, and this is only the beginning for us. We strive to understand our consumer behaviour better through data and insights to build strong relationships and enhance our customers’ experiences, so they always return for more.”

Making its mark

In addition, ADA Thailand has won multiple awards with international recognition through its clients’ work such as gold at the recent Asia eCommerce Awards 2022 for Best eCommerce Brand – Beauty & Wellness category; and two gold at Mob-Ex 2022 for the eCommerce & Retail, and Fashion & Beauty categories.

The multiple awards and recognition in 2022 have been a pleasant surprise for ADA Thailand given the independent agency is only four years old. While economic conditions were challenging with reduced budgets, clients’ expectations remained high.

“Our focus was on extracting efficiencies in media spends to help our clients grow their businesses. The team was constantly challenged on ROI and the effective use of data, content, and technology, to enable our clients to stay ahead of the curve,” Zonmani said.

Growing clients’ top-lines

In 2023, ADA Thailand’s goals are helping clients navigate their solutions – from adtech to martech – and growing their top-lines through connected data, marketing, commerce, and the customer experience.

With multiple successful campaigns for clients in various industries, ADA Thailand plans to continue its expertise of integration between media, content, and data for new and existing clients.

Consumer data and insights is not only important for businesses, but also for the team to develop strategies and create tailored solutions to improve the customer experience. Unlike the conventional solutions deployed by traditional agencies, the integration of solutions has proven to be more agile and effective, producing quantifiable campaign results for businesses.

Operating across 10 markets in South and Southeast Asia, including Thailand, ADA is an integrated growth agency that drives clients’ top-lines through digital marketing and sales transformation via marketing, eCommerce and customer engagement solutions.
