1664 and CLOT bring a fashionable twist to festive pours

1664 is expanding its partnership with streetwear label CLOT across Asia, bringing limited-edition beer cans, merchandise and consumer experiences to the Chinese Mainland, Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam for the festive season.
Running from November 2026 to February 2027, the "Make celebrations extraordinary" initiative builds on the brands' first collaboration in Hong Kong last year and marks the partnership's expansion into four markets.
At the centre of the collaboration is a limited-edition 1664 x CLOT can featuring CLOT's Silk Royale pattern, a motif inspired by Chinese silk and characterised by geometric detailing. For the latest iteration, the pattern has been reworked in blue, red and yellow with neon-inspired outlines and firework motifs.

The design combines the Silk Royale pattern with 1664's red, white and blue colour palette and its signature cocarde, bringing together CLOT's Chinese influences with the beer brand's French heritage.
The visual identity will also extend beyond the cans into a merchandise collection curated by CLOT. The range includes T-shirts, socks and caps carrying design elements from the collaboration.

Meanwhile, 1664 will roll out a series of on-ground activations and market-exclusive premiums across participating markets during the festive period. The limited-edition products will be available at selected supermarkets, bars, restaurants and online channels.
The expanded partnership comes as 1664 looks to strengthen its presence in Asia, particularly in the Chinese Mainland, which Carlsberg Asia described as its largest market.
"The success of our first collaboration with CLOT proved that when 1664 shows up in culture, consumers respond," said Arindam Varanasi, commercial vice president, Carlsberg Asia.
"This year, we are expanding the partnership into the Chinese Mainland which is our largest market — a further step in strengthening our premium portfolio in Asia," he added.
"By fusing CLOT's dynamic energy with 1664's French heritage, we are bringing our 'unquestionably good taste' spirit to life and redefining celebration across the region," said Varanasi.
The latest push builds on 1664 and CLOT's partnership launched last year under the theme "Celebrate with a twist". The collaboration similarly reworked CLOT's 'Silk Royale' pattern through 1664's visual identity, combining intricate designs and vibrant colours to bring together the beer brand's French roots with CLOT's Asian influences.
The partnership debuted at ComplexCon Hong Kong in March 2025 with a fabric shop-inspired speakeasy activation that blended heritage with contemporary design, alongside exclusive merchandise including a limited-edition lanyard. Following its Hong Kong debut, the campaign rolled out across Singapore, Malaysia and Vietnam.
