As announced back in June, YouTube Malaysia will be holding the first-ever awards ceremony to honour the best work coming from Malaysian brands and agencies. The awards night will be on 9 December, and the deadline for submissions is quickly approaching. There are nine categories that brands and agencies can enter their campaigns for consideration, listed below.
After 14 November, the submissions will close and all entries will then be reviewed during the month of November with the three finalists per category being announced the week of 28 November. To date, the entry response has been extremely strong to date, so it’s looking to be a very competitive review.

- Top Ad in Travel
- Top Ad in Consumer Goods
- Top Ad in Tech & Telco
- Best Storytelling
- Best 5 Second Intro
- Best Long Form Ad (2 minutes+)
- Best Animated Ad
