Wunderman makes data and CRM appointment

Wunderman International Tokyo announces the appointment of Yoshie Toriya (pictured) as director, data and CRM strategy, effective immediately.

In her new role, Toriya will lead the data analytics and operations team and have a key focus on driving data and CRM strategy for a diverse set of clients that include Microsoft, Xbox, P&G, Novartis and Adidas. She reports to Ken Saito, president and representative director, Wunderman International Japan.

With a career that spans both Asia Pacific and North America, Toriya brings with her a diverse set of experience working across brands such as Yves Saint Laurent Beaute, LVMH Group, Cisco and other technology clients. She is a senior experienced marketer who has spent over 15 years in digital, CRM and database marketing with demonstrated success in both B2B and consumer marketing, both on online & offline platforms. Prior to joining Wunderman International Japan, she worked most recently at Beacon communications – part of the Publicis group.
