The luxury skincare brand La Mer has partnered with DFS to unveil the world’s largest Crème de la Mer jar as part of an installation. Celebrating its iconic Crème de la Mer moisturizer, La Mer has set up the larger-than-life installation - measuring five-meters high - at T Galleria Beauty by DFS at T Galleria Beauty in Causeway Bay. It also features an exhibition displaying the behind-the-scenes story of the skincare brand. The multi-sensorial Crème de la Mer exhibition begins with guests stepping into the giant jar, transporting them into an oceanic realm, the World of La Mer. Accompanied by sounds of the sea and the soft glow of underwater-style lighting, guests will journey through five moisture texture zones – rich, soft, sheer, balanced, and cool - each representing a La Mer moisturizer conceptualised into the dynamic installation. On the other side of the exhibition, guests can learn about The Miracle Broth and marvel at the “Million Dollar Wall”, a backdrop for customers and influencers to capture memorable moments. La Mer’s Skincare Artistry Experts will also be on hand to provide bespoke consultations, introduce moisture rituals and share tips on how to “arrive hydrated” at your destination and keep skin looking healthy and luminous from take-off to touch down and beyond. The campaign has also rolled out a promotion for customers. With a minimum purchase, customers will receive a complimentary La Mer luxury travel trunk case with the option of personalisation by calligraphy services offered on-site. The installation is currently open and will run until 10 March 2019.
