Wildlife Reserves Singapore (WRS) has appointed Havas Media as its media agency partner following a pitch that was launched in September last year. Marketing understands that the appointment is for a period of two years, covering all attractions under Wildlife Reserves Singapore (WRS), including Jurong Bird Park, Night Safari, River Safari and the Singapore Zoo.
The pitch also saw agencies such as incumbent Zenith Singapore and OMD vying for the account. Zenith Singapore is the incumbent on the account.
Marketing has reached out to both WRS and Havas for comment.
Last year, WRS launched an out-of-home (OOH) campaign with the help of Possible Singapore to raise awareness about the illegal wildlife trade. The media agency on the project was Zenith. The tourist attraction operator also jumped on the Pokemon Go action, incorporating the game into its marketing ahead of the National Day Holiday.
