Whiskers N Paws opens first pet grooming shop at Elements

Whiskers N Paws has launched its dedicated pet grooming shop at Elements Mall in West Kowloon, marking a significant milestone for the brand as it brings professional, stress-free grooming services to one of Hong Kong's premier shopping destinations.

Sylvana Lee, head of marketing, Whiskers N Paws told MARKETING INTERACTIVE that, the brand sees a lot of potential for growth in service based opportunities in the current economic environment.

"We have a very loyal set of customers who already love our grooming services but we know that it becomes hard to offer access for pet parents across the whole city when you’re limited to just two locations. This is what our new grooming only store in ELEMENTS allows us to do, give access to a highly rated and very much trusted and loved grooming service to more pet parents who may not easily be able to access our other locations," she added.

"We have had such a positive response to opening our grooming store in Elements that our marketing strategy has been very simple during our soft-launch period - word of mouth. As we have already built such a trusted brand and service, our customers are doing a fantastic job of marketing for us, for which we are very grateful," she explained.

Targeting the pet parents in the catchment area of Elements, the new outpost is the first pet-related shop to open at Elements Mall, offering pet owners a rare combination of convenience and quality grooming in a luxury retail setting. True to the brand's ethos, the grooming experience is built around a pet-first approach, ensuring that animal comfort and well-being are prioritised from start to finish in a calm, safe environment.

Backed by 18 years of professional grooming experience, Whiskers N Paws has built a reputation for exceptional care delivered by highly trained groomers.

The brand brings this same expertise to Elements Mall, where groomers receive regular specialised training alongside veterinarians, focusing on emergency pet care and a deep understanding of animal behaviour. This enables the team to handle pets with both confidence and compassion, ensuring safety and comfort throughout every session.

By combining professional grooming services with a welcoming community atmosphere, Whiskers N Paws continues to strengthen its position as Hong Kong's go-to pet brand. Back in September 2025, Whiskers N Paws teamed up with CHOMP to sell near-expiry pet-foods and other perishable products via the app, aiming to reduce waste and boost sustainability efforts.

As part of the partnership, two Whiskers N Paws retail locations in Ap Lei Chau and Lohas Park, will now be available via the CHOMP app. When pet-food, treats, supplements or other perishable items such as pet shampoos are nearing their "Best before date", these items will be made available for sale via the CHOMP app at a 50% discount off the regular price.
