Verita Healthcare Group hands FALCON performance marketing duties

Verita Healthcare Group has appointed FALCON for performance marketing duties for Verita's global network of clinics, which includes clinics in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, New Delhi, and Moscow. The appointment is for 12 to 18 months and aims to build and train Verita’s in-house performance team.

FALCON is tasked to set up, execute and optimise a success blueprint for Verita’s digital performance strategy within 12 months, followed by a period of knowledge transfer and consultancy support for Verita’s in-house performance team. David Mayo, group marketing director, said FALCON was chosen because it has a unique mixture of expertise in integration strategy, performance media, and content delivery. This positions them "as a catalyst rather than an add-on to Verita's expansion plan".

Mayo added that Verita is looking to build a semi-automated communications system that links its businesses together, through an understanding of individual people and their specific health requirements, as well as responding in a helpful way when needed.

Kelvin Koo, CEO at FALCON Agency said the team is excited to bring its expertise in driving digital performance to a more complex healthcare vertical. Marketing has reached out to FALCON for additional information.

Founded in 2014, FALCON Agency currently works with brands including HBO Asia, Canon, Pizza Hut, Qantas, and Scoot. Last year, FALCON launched D Labs, its digital transformation services offering for areas such as digitalisation, upskilling of core capabilities and new venture co-creation. Through D Labs, FALCON aims to help corporates and brands enter and expand into new digital ecosystems with a focus on B2C solutions.
