Uomo Group Singapore appoints R.S.V.P

Luxury menswear brand Uomo Group Singapore has appointed boutique PR agency R.S.V.P as its PR representative overseeing its stable of brands in Singapore including Uomo Collezioni, JM Icon, Billionaire, Stefano Ricci, Brioni, Zilli and Moreschi.

R.S.V.P was appointed in June this year to handle the group’s PR activities for the local market for a year. The incumbent on the account is Fulford PR. The agency will be expected to drive the brand forward via public relations, events and digital initiatives.

“We were looking for a PR agency that is not only dedicated and passionate about our brands, but possess the foresight and finesse to execute strategic PR moves to anchor Uomo Group in the local landscape,” Johnny Manglani, founder and president, Uomo Group said.

R.S.V.P Singapore was recently established in Singapore as an expansion of its head office in Moscow. Founded by Bettina von Schlippe, lifestyle PR firm, R.S.V.P was set up in 1998 in Moscow, with key accounts such as Van Cleef&Arpels, Cartier, Chanel, Gucci Fragrance, Dolce&Gabbana, Escada, Santoni, Philipp Plein, Manolo Blahnik, Marc Cain, Zara, Mango, Levis, Uniqlo and Vogue under its belt.

Since it’s arrival in Singapore six months ago, R.S.V.P has already worked with brands such as Dolce&Gabbana, Tiffany & Co., Thai Airways and Rolls Royce.
