Unveiling the Loyalty and Engagement Awards 2023 finalists

The finalists for MARKETING-INTERACTIVE’s Loyalty and Engagement Awards 2023 have been officially revealed, and as of now, the list is publicly accessible on the awards programme's website. We proudly present the exceptional finalists of the highly anticipated 11th edition of the awards, to be recognised and applauded for their remarkable loyalty marketing, engagement marketing, and relationship marketing strategies and executions.
Out of the 42 categories open for entry, this year witnessed the revival of several cherished and well-received categories, including the introduction of the new ‘Best Loyalty Strategy – Automotive’ and ‘Best Loyalty Strategy – Consumer’.
Preeminent agencies also have the opportunity to secure the Agency of the Year accolades within each of the three themes: Loyalty, Engagement, and Relationship Marketing. Furthermore, the brand that demonstrates exceptional performance across all categories will be bestowed with the esteemed title of 'L&E 2023 Brand of the Year'.
The Loyalty and Engagement Awards was judged by 25 senior marketing professionals from around the region.

The finalists have displayed exceptional dedication and creativity in their pursuit of customer satisfaction and engagement, setting new standards and showcasing unique strategies and initiatives that have set them apart from the competition. As a judge, I am privileged to recognise and celebrate their remarkable achievements.”
Dr. Chatchai Arthur Yachantha, chief patient experience officer of Bumrungrad International Hospital added that it was a big step globally to recreate transformations in engagement post-pandemic. "The campaigns were in-depth and revealed many successful strategies for regaining and attracting customers. Many of the finalists displayed impressive customer centricity. With regards to customer experiences and loyalty engagement, all teams presented very well. It made it even harder to score. It was personally gratifying seeing so many great examples of world-class loyalty in action,” he continued,
Additionally, Vivian Cheong, director Asia Pacific loyalty product offers lead of Mastercard, stated that she was impressed by this year's top entries that creatively leveraged customer insights to drive engagement through personalised content and contextual marketing. "These elements are pivotal to increasing loyalty and brand performance,” she said.
The winners of the 11th annual Loyalty and Engagement Awards will be announced at a live gala dinner and celebration in Singapore on the 21st of July 2023 at Shangri La Hotels and Resorts.
