After a strong year of growth, Attivo PR agency arm Tonic Communications has promoted Georgia Coleman to managing director to oversee the agency's newly established hubs in both Australia and New Zealand.
The move follows the expansion of Tonic’s trans-Tasman offering since its launch in February 2024, when Attivo formalised its PR capability under the new brand. Coleman, who helped establish the agency as general manager, will now lead operations across both markets, driving innovation and integration across earned media, influencer marketing, social and events.
Attivo ANZ CEO Sue Squillace said Coleman’s promotion recognises her role in building Tonic’s momentum and market presence.
“Georgia has done an amazing job growing Tonic’s business in both markets, building capabilities, scope and footprint,” Squillace said. “She led a strong expansion into Australia while working alongside Attivo’s brand and media agencies on projects for RSPCA, Bosch, Arla Foods and the Women’s Asian Cup 2026.”
Coleman said her focus as managing director will be to maintain Tonic’s growth trajectory while deepening its client partnerships.
“I’m incredibly proud of the team we’ve built and the partnerships we’ve formed since launching Tonic,” she said. “Our focus remains on delivering work that earns attention and creates real, lasting impact - growing our people, strengthening our footprint, and staying the agency clients trust for strategic thinking, innovative ideas and genuine heart.”
Tonic Communications sits within the Attivo Group, which includes 303 MullenLowe, Mediahub, Farrimond, DNY, Hill Holliday and The Next Practice.
