Tigerair has appointed web analytics firm Happy Marketer for a period of two years as its Google Analytics consulting agency on record, to track and optimise its website in the 13 markets across Asia.
With the recent brand revamp, and rapid growth in different markets, Tigerair has placed a high emphasis on big data and analytics in driving business decisions, said the agency.
The appointment follows an existing 18 month relationship the airline had with Happy Marketer. Happy Marketer, which hosts the official Google Classroom trainings in Singapore, is endorsed by Google as a “Certified Partner” for both AdWords and Analytics.
Rachit Dayal, the managing partner at Happy Marketer said: “ We are excited about the Google Analytics roadmap we have with Tigerair, that utilises cutting edge features available including Universal Analytics, Mobile Tracking and Tag Manager that can help us make faster and smarter business decisions.”
Meanwhile Tigerair has also appointed PR and marketing agency Sinclair Communications to develop and manage its public relations programme in Hong Kong with immediate effect. Sinclair Communications’ mandate is to expand brand awareness for the Singaporean carrier in the Hong Kong market.
