theDesk introduces community portal to help members connect and collaborate

Co-working space operator theDesk has strengthened its service offerings by launching theDesk community portal, a digital platform to improve engagement and experience among members.

This community portal will upgrade theDesk members’ experience to understand more, connect and collaborate with others in the community, and create more business opportunities. For example, members will be able to know who is who at all theDesk locations and start online chat from anywhere at any time. They can also search any topic of theDesk community, such as members with the same hobbies, interests or business visions, members in the same industry or profession, upcoming community activities and member benefits at the community portal.

Apart from these, members will get personalised recommendations on potential business partners or suppliers in theDesk community based on their needs, activities and events by the community in line with their preferences. The community portal will enable members to promote their companies and products to theDesk community, and increase their exposure and network by sharing their ideas, insights and happenings from wherever they are and whenever they want digitally too.

To further enhance the experience, theDesk Perks and theDesk Marketplace have been introduced at the community portal. Hundreds of products, special offers, discounts and coupons will be available from different wellness, dining, fashion & lifestyle, household and food and beverage providers. Members can also sell their products to a broader customer base via theDesk partner network.

Currently, theDesk community portal is available to current members and will extend to theDesk’s and members’ network and partners in the near future.
