The LEGO Group has appointed Nitika Nagpal as head of marketing for Singapore, Malaysia and APAC travel retail, following more than five years as the brand marketing director for its UK and Ireland business.
Nagpal announced the move on LinkedIn, saying she has returned to Singapore after five years in the UK to take on the new role. She will oversee marketing across Singapore, Malaysia and the group's APAC travel retail business.
Nagpal spent 13 years with the LEGO Group, having first joined the company in Singapore in 2013 as regional brand manager for Southeast Asia and Korea. In that role, she was responsible for driving LEGO's brand expansion across mature and emerging markets, including developing localised portfolios, marketing plans and go-to-market strategies.

MARKETING-INTERACTIVE has reached out for a statement.
Nagpal held several regional marketing roles at the LEGO Group before moving to the UK in 2021. She was total portfolio brand manager for Emerging Asia, covering India, South Asia and ASEAN, before becoming senior marketing manager for APAC and then APAC brand lead for LEGO Masterbrand and Innovations. From 2021 to August 2026, she served as brand marketing director for the UK and Ireland business, overseeing brand growth, commercial planning and integrated marketing campaigns.
Before joining LEGO, Nagpal spent around three years at MediaCom as senior manager, leading APAC regional strategy and media planning across multiple P&G businesses. She began her career at Procter & Gamble as an assistant brand manager, where she worked on CRM, direct-to-consumer and digital marketing for Pampers across ASEAN and India.
The appointment comes as the LEGO Group continues to expand its presence in Singapore, where it opened an expanded regional headquarters in February 2026.
The over 7,000-square-metre hub spans four floors and houses more than 500 employees across functions including business services, creative play, engineering and quality, and global supply chain, reinforcing Singapore's role as a strategic hub for the group in APAC.
