The year 2020 was a challenging one that was completely reshaped by a global health crisis. Our agency continued to see industry-leading retention rates (89%) because we focused on doing right by our people. As a testament to the success, a quarter of them (26%) have been with our agency for more than five years, and we have continued to grow our team even further in 2021, from 46 at the end of 2020 to more than 60 today.

In a year of physical separation, our objectives remained clear – to stay calm and optimistic, be the backbone that supports our people, and never lose our funny bone. We never stopped striving to keep our people engaged, and we constantly ensure our people are given the autonomy to push creative boundaries and find new ways to add value outside of client work, such as organising company activities.
