Text100 has expanded its Global Digital Hub with a number of new hires and promotions at its Kuala Lumpur office.
Experienced PR consultant Isa Ghani has been appointed digital producer. In this position, Ghani will be responsible for aligning clients' PR and business goals with creative outputs from the Hub, ensuring that all digital assets are fully integrated and optimised within broader communication campaigns.
Fiona Jitab and Stefanie Chong have also been promoted to Digital Hub analyticslead and Digital Hub web development lead, respectively.
Anne Costello (pictured), senior vice president and regional director of Text100 Asia-Pacific, said the combination of public relations and technical skills, as well as the use of specialised hubs, sets the agency apart from other PR, advertising and media agencies.
“No one really cares where stories come from anymore – what they do care about is that these stories are reliable, relevant, and readily accessible. The Digital Hub is the flagship of our belief that an integrated approach, focusing on the calibre and acuity of our messages rather than the channel through which they’re delivered, represents the future of professional communications for the entire world.”
The Global Digital Hub provides Text100 clients in any country with in-house graphic design, web development and data analytics as part of the agency’s global integrated communications strategy.
Other offerings include a video game studio in New Zealand, a content hub manned by ex-journalists in Sydney, a community management “centre of excellence” in Singapore, and a media and research support hub in India.
The Digital Hub supports a range of Text100 global clients including: IBM, Xerox, Cisco, Lenovo and Adobe.
