Text 100 shuffles global ranks

Following several senior departures, Text 100 has made a series of appointments across the globe.

In Asia, the PR agency has moved Anne Costello (pictured) to the role of regional director, Asia Pacific, following the resignation of Steven Murphy who oversaw Text 100 North Asia.

Costello was previously managing consultant of Text 100 Hong Kong, director for ASEAN and ANZ and regional director, South Asia.

In North America, Rowan Benecke has been appointed regional director, following the resignation of Scott Friedman who previously the North America division.

Closer to home, Jeremy Woolf, Text 100's global digital and social media lead, has relocated to New York to drive the agency's digital growth strategy. Peter DiBart has also been hired as digital lead for Text 100 North America based in New York.

Sarah MacKenzie will now oversee global marketing and client consultancy in EMEA, while Laurie Eisendrath will serve as chief financial officer.

"While we are always saddened when good leaders decide to leave our company after almost a decade of service, we are taking this time to restructure our leadership team to focus on the future of our digital strategy," Aedhmar Hynes, chief executive officer of Text 100, said.

She added that the agency would be taking bold moves to advance its future as a digital communications firm.

"A certain degree of change is inevitable and is in fact healthy for an agency, yet we are fortunate to have a strong bench of senior talent with long tenure and global experience to implement the changes we now need to make."

In Europe, Cecile Missildine becomes regional director of Europe, Middle East & Africa. Ava Lawler will continue in her role as global consultancy director with a focus on Australia.

Other departures in Asia included Andrew McGregor, chief operating officer, based in Sydney and Phillip Raskin, managing consultant for Singapore.
