Malaysia-based startup - Swiftcow.my is extending its reach. Born in Kuala Lumpur in July this year, the home-grown startup is now spreading its wings to Greater Kuala Lumpur and now delivering to Selayang, Puncak Alam, Port Klang and Sepang.
Currently it partners with the likes of Tesco, Aeon Big, Bold Storage, Jaya Grocer, BIG – Ben’s Independent Grocer Jason’s Food Hall, AEON, Mydin and Giant. Swiftcow.my personally shops and delivers groceries to the doorstep of consumers.
“Sparked from the simple idea of shopping from multiple supermarkets in one go, Swiftcow.my puts together major supermarkets in Malaysia on a single website - making it possible for a grocery shopper to get everything a family needs in one delivery, in just under three hours,” said the company in a press release.
Online grocery shopping has proven to be a growing market segment globally according to a recent Nielsen Global E-commerce Survey. One-quarter of global respondents order grocery products online for home delivery, and more than half (55%) are willing to use it in the future.
