Hasselblad has appointed Reuter Communications to manage its digital communications and PR in China, Hong Kong and Macau.
The agency will start work to promote the Swedish camera manufacturer's 75-year anniversary and its ‘4116 collection’ – a range of products and brand collaborations to mark its anniversary, which includes the ‘Hasselblad True Zoom’ - a collaboration with Motorola.
Perry Oosting, CEO at Hasselblad, said the agency has "an intricate knowledge of the region’s premium consumer" and the brand is looking forward to working together to make Hasselblad the camera of choice for professionals and prosumers in Greater China.
“Hasselblad is one of the world’s most iconic brands and its cameras have captured some of the most iconic images of our time. We’re delighted to be working alongside Hasselblad to promote and build its business in China and celebrate its 75th year at the pinnacle of photography,” said Nick Cakebread, managing partner of Reuter Communications.
