Sun Life Financial has promoted Jeremy Young to chief marketing officer for Asia, with immediate effect.
Based in Hong Kong, Young will oversee Sun Life’s marketing, brand and the development of its client insights programme for the region.
He first joined the company as vice president of partnership distribution in Hong Kong in 2008. Most recently, Jeremy was CMO of Sun Life Hong Kong where he led the local brand positioning for the brand, as well as its marketing and product development.
Young will be reporting directly to Roger Steel, president of new markets and business development of Sun Life Asia.
“With strong personal networks and a commitment to our high performance culture, we are confident that Jeremy will transition smoothly to his new regional role,” said Steel.
