STB encourages Hong Kongers to spend a weekend in Singapore

Singapore Tourism Board (STB) has launched “Singapore Weekend” campaign supported by a video and online guidebooks to showcase different attractions and how to take a day off to make the most of an extended three-day weekend in the garden city.

The board has created a 3-day, 3-night itinerary to show Hong Kongers how to make the most of a long weekend getaway in Singapore. A video itinerary starring local actress and singer Ava Liu beginning her trip on a Friday and returning on a Monday, with stops at restaurants, café, bars, parks and attractions in between.

In addition to the video, it has also created a travel guide called the ‘Singapore Weekend Guide 2016’ for Hong Kong visitors to explore the city’s events throughout the year.
