Standard Chartered sentimental approach to mobile

Standard Chartered Bank Hong Kong has launched a TVC to raise awareness on its mobile banking platform “Breeze Banking”.

Created by TBWAHong Kong, the campaign highlights how Breeze Banking can bridge relationships by tapping into the emotional connection of a mother and daughter long-distance relationship story.

“Customers are looking for banking solutions that are user-friendly and truly sensitive to their fast pace of life,” Esmond Mok, CMO of consumer banking at Standard Chartered Hong Kong, said.

“Our digital offerings are designed to be a thoughtful partner for our customers, helping to make all their banking needs easier to manage, wherever they go.”

Joanne Lao, managing director of TBWAHong Kong, said this spot demonstrates how Standard Chartered puts people at the heart of what it does, using technology to create services based on understanding people’s lives.
