Spanish frozen yogurt brand MYKA makes Asia debut in Hong Kong

Spanish-born Greek yogurt brand MYKA has expanded to Hong Kong with a new flagship in Central, marking its first opening in Asia.
The Wellington Street store, which officially opened on 11 September, serves MYKA’s signature Greek frozen yogurt range alongside rotating artisanal toppings and monthly seasonal flavours. It also houses an in-house production kitchen, where the frozen yogurt and toppings are made fresh daily.
Its ingredient lineup includes Sicilian pistachios, Madagascan vanilla, cocoa and orange blossom honey, among other selections, with the Hong Kong flagship complying with MYKA’s global ingredient and production standards.
For founders Morales and Ezquerro, the opening represents another step in the brand’s iterative development, centred on refining every part of the frozen yogurt experience.
The Hong Kong opening comes as MYKA looks to take that approach into a new market, using the city as its first entry point into Asia. The brand said the market’s diverse consumer base provides an opportunity to establish its positioning in the region.

Originally from Madrid, MYKA has built a global footprint spanning 17 countries and 290 signed franchises, with locations in cities such as New York, Paris, Miami, London and Mexico City. The Hong Kong opening marks a new chapter in that expansion and officially begins its journey in Asia.
