SmarTone has launched a new SmartHotel & SmartHome solution as the second wave of its Innovation Hub - an end-to-end, internet of things (IoT) technology-based solution, aiming at bringing a personalised experience to residents and hotel guests.
Drawing on its in-depth domain expertise, SmarTone offers end-to-end ICT solutions to enterprises. A dedicated team of experts with multiple domain knowledge provides consultation on integrating existing property management systems with the SmartHotel & SmartHome solution.
The new solution is designed to provide a variety of easy and convenient self-services, including check-in/out with mobile keys, as well as easy control of room facilities via an app. It also allows the instant push of important information or content from a single source to multiple channels simultaneously via a content management system.
SmarTone will provide network integration support for the solution by converging its mobile network, fibre broadband and WiFi data connectivity.

To allow a hands-on experience of “SmarT Home” solution, SmarTone has recently set up the first solution showcase at its Gateway store in Kowloon.
