Sino Group's Sino Property Services has announced the launch of the Youth-Up programme, a talent incubator to support rising talent in the property management world.
Aimed to nurture future property managers, the programme is designed to offer new insights on the changing world of real estate and inspire young talents while aligning them with customer aspirations.
The programme will be geared to recent university graduates and will offer a comprehensive month-long training session and work experience for those interested in joining the industry. Their training will cover a spectrum of topics that include design, innovation, environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues, and successful participants will earn the title of Customer Experience Ambassadors and participate in the urban redevelopment project at Grand Central in Kwun Tong.
"Sino Group strives to embrace innovation and digitalisation as part of its commitment to fostering a culture of innovation across its business operations. The innovative minds, energy and aspirations of the young generation are essential to the long-term development and success of the group and the wider community. Through the comprehensive Youth-Up Programme, we hope to provide a meaningful opportunity for aspiring young talents who have a passion for the property management industry to learn practical and professional skills, as well as build a long term career with the group," said Josephine Poon, assistant general manager (human resources) of Sino Group.
