Singapore Polytechnic (SP) is looking for a digital marketing agency to take on a range of duties on its digital, mobile and social media platforms, according to Gebiz. The appointment is on a retainer basis for a period of two years.
Services needed include consulting, strategy, development, execution and reporting. While optional, the agency should be equipped to provide video production, design and website building services if required.
According to the tender document, the polytechnic aims to promote SP among potential students and inform them its offerings. To increase mind share for SP, the appointed agency will also be tasked to propose and execute media buying, while liaising with media owners and monitoring the performance.
To resonate with its youthful target audience, SP is looking for the agency’s help in engaging influencers and managing their appearances. Additionally, the agency will be responsible for conceptualising, developing and curating creative and engaging content. Besides costing, SP will be evaluating the participating agencies’ portfolio and expertise in digital marketing, design, website development and video production over the past three years.
In 2017, SP appointed digital marketing agency Juzzweb to undertake its digital and social marketing duties. The appointment was on a retainer basis for a year, with the option to renew for another. It followed a tender, which saw three other agencies vying for the account. They were Amobee Group, Lins Advertising and Marketing and WS Group. Prior to that, SP also named Asatsu-DK Singapore (ADK) as its advertising agency. ADK Singapore took on duties including the conceptualisation, design and placement of advertisements in newspapers, other print media, radio and online media.
