Hong Kong tea brand Silk. is launching its anniversary campaign, "Pearls for life", which aims to inject the top 1% aspirational lifestyle directly into the hands of everyday Hong Kong people.
Running from 2 to 29 November 2026 across all 12 participating Silk. stores in Hong Kong, the campaign puts HK$3.18 million in prizes up for grabs through more than 170,000 physical cupholder peels.
Available at all 12 participating Silk. stores across Hong Kong, the campaign allows customers to purchase an eligible freshly prepared beverage, peel the cupholder sticker and scan its QR code with a smartphone to reveal their prize and receive the corresponding digital credit through their verified Silk. Club account.
With a guaranteed 100% win rate across more than 170,000 cups, the campaign's prize pool spans travel, technology, fashion and everyday luxury. To maintain high velocity throughout the four week promotion, grand prizes are split into four distinct categories: flights, iPhones, MacBooks and iPads, with four items in each category.
Silk. will drop one item from each grand prize category every single week, meaning there will be one iPhone, MacBook, iPad and flight winner every week, creating chances for grand prizes every day. Through a long term strategic partnership with Cathay Pacific, the travel rewards balance cosmopolitan capitals and tropical escapes, featuring Cathay Pacific flights to New York, Paris, London and the Maldives, alongside a beach resort stay at Club Med Maldives for two adults.
On the technology front, prizes include an Apple iPhone Duo set, an iPhone 18 Pro, a MacBook NEO and an iPad. The fashion and lifestyle category features limited edition collaborations with Korean fashion label EMIS and streetwear brand Billionaire Boys Club, with prizes including co-branded eco bottles, tote bags, collectible accessories and Premium Uber rides.
For those seeking daily utility, the campaign includes 12,000 complimentary Silk. signature drink vouchers and 33,000 buy one get one free drink vouchers.
The campaign name reflects the heart of the Silk. ecosystem, where everything revolves around "Pearls", the brand's official digital currency. Every purchase at Silk. collects Pearls, and every Pearl has meaning as members grow and nurture them into something much bigger. For example, a 76,000 Asia Miles flight to New York is essentially denominated as 760,000 Pearls within the ecosystem.
Just as a mollusk is opened to reveal a valuable prize inside, "Pearls for Life" brings that exact thrill to every cup: peel to discover. Pearls are grown and nurtured, with something simple and common transformed into something rare and beautiful. Customers can collect Pearls with any purchase and exchange them for anything their heart desires.
Silk.'s story begins with its founders' aunt, who has made Hong Kong style silk stocking milk tea for over 50 years since age 12. The founders realised that Hong Kong milk tea, despite being the city's heritage beverage, was being forgotten by the younger generation, as the old school drinking experience no longer appealed to them.
The mission was to bring silk stocking milk tea back to young people by making it fashionable again, an idea that led to the creation of Silk. and its signature "Smooth king" creation, which uses the 50 year old recipe.
Today, as it celebrates its fourth anniversary operating 12 fully company owned stores across Hong Kong, avoiding franchising to maintain absolute control over its quality and culture, Silk.'s philosophy has evolved. It has moved from simply making milk tea fashionable again to bringing the originality of Hong Kong to the world and making the lives of everyday people smoother than they can imagine, according to the release.
The Silk. team said: "Hong Kong is a city powered by the determination and originality of its people, and we want to break the rules to deliver unprecedented value to the everyday people of Hong Kong. That is why we created 'Pearls for life'. There is no better way to celebrate the birthday of Silk. than to celebrate it with all of you, whether you are an existing Silk. lover or new to the brand."
