In a rather unexpected move, Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) took to Facebook to share a post about the "rough week" it has experienced due to the unforeseen cluster situation that recently emerged. Just yesterday, MOH confirmed 14 new community cases among 39 new COVID-19 infections on noon 2 May. According to CNA, 11 out of the 14 cases were linked to TTSH cluster. Prior to the news report, TTSH took to Facebook on 29 April to address the public regarding the measures it has taken to contain the situation it faced.

TTSH has also been actively updating its Facebook page with the status of its hospital staff and patients.

Seeing the plight of TTSH, other hospital brands in Singapore have also showed their love for TTSH. The National University Hospital (NUH) said: " Dear Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) friends, we're keeping you in our thoughts during this difficult time." Its post received over 600 likes and 32 shares, with comments of support from netizens.  In line with the theme of support, TTSH met with kind words from Alexandra Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, and JurongHealth Campus.

TTSH declined to comment on MARKETING-INTERACTIVE's queries.

The TTSH cluster has in total 27 cases since a nurse who worked in Ward 9D tested positive for the virus on 27 April. According to reports on CNA, MOH said the hospital has swabbed all of its inpatients in its main wards and the results are all negative. A total of its 12,000 staff will also be tested.
