Samsung has transformed its AIRSIDE store into a pet-friendly smart home, inviting customers to bring their pets to experience products designed to enhance daily life with their furry companions.
Many families in Hong Kong have pets, making it challenging to create a comfortable and pet-friendly home. Aiming to improve daily life with innovative technology, Samsung has developed a seamless product ecosystem and multi-device experiences, ranging from smartphones to entertainment and home appliances.
Throughout November, Samsung is presenting “Paw-fect living with Samsung” at its AIRSIDE store in Kai Tak, featuring various smart home scenarios that allow consumers to experience the convenience of a connected lifestyle with multiple devices.
For example, customers can experience how the Galaxy Watch8 allows users to select workout routines and sync exercise data analysed by Galaxy AI directly to the Neo QLED 4K. They can follow workout tutorials while monitoring their personal fitness data, making it easier to enjoy exercising with their pets.

Visitors are welcome to bring their pets along to the exhibition area to snap photos, or join the pet necklace beading workshop and design a unique accessory for their furry children.

Furthermore, Samsung is collaborating with the local non-profit organisation Paws United Charity to host a pet training workshop. Trainers will demonstrate how behavior training can address common challenges, helping pets learn essential etiquette and practical skills for smoother everyday interactions. A pet adoption day will also take place, offering an opportunity for visitors to help rescues find their forever homes and experience the benefits of adopting over purchasing pets.
Additionally, Samsung is partnering with tech influencers Pinky (@Pinkytszyan) and Karen (@Karenyeahhh) to host a series of weekend talks over two consecutive weekends. These sessions will cover topics such as Samsung Galaxy pet photography tips and pet-friendly space designs, showcasing how smart technology can create a warm and welcoming home for pets and their owners.
Samsung’s user-centric technology integrates innovative features and all-day connectivity, addressing various aspects of daily life. With a comprehensive product lineup, Samsung aims to provide comfort powered by technology for both users and their pets from the moment they wake up.
Yiyin Zhao, managing director of Samsung Electronics H.K. Company, said: “Adopting our dog Pepper from a shelter five years ago profoundly transformed our family, filling our lives with endless joy and warmth. This experience has deepened my belief in finding forever homes for these animals, and creating spaces that provide them with comfort and care. At Samsung, we are proud to champion this mission as part of our commitment to enhance the quality of life for every member of the family, humans and pets alike. It is an honor to leverage our expertise and innovation to support a cause that resonates so deeply with the Hong Kong audience.”
