UK supermarket chain, Sainsbury’s, is selling a range of Valentine’s Day cards that represent same-sex couples for the first time.
The cards feature illustrations of a woman and a woman, or a man and a man on its design, with the caption "You + Me."
James Brown, the director of commercial at Sainsbury’s, told The Independent that the brand hope to give customers "the ability to choose the card that’s right for them.”
The move wins applause from netizens who concern about gay and lesbian rights.
