This new entity aims to deliver social-by-design creative engagement and a new form of digitally led communications between brands and consumers.Turn+ is still in its infancy, managed by two to three staff members so far. The agency is on the lookout to bolster its team but the expansion will not be large-scale at this point.“I’ve known Rudi for over twenty years since we worked together at O&M. He has proved himself to be the ideal candidate for the role as he is an influencer and a leader in the industry,” Hon told Marketing.“I can see synergy there. It's simply exciting,” he added.“In recent years, digital and social have become the most sought-after buzz words in the marketing world. At Turn+, our ideas will not be bounded by any type of medium,” said Leung, partner of Turn+.“We will only focus on the ones relevant to our target audience. Our goal is to become the prototype of the next-generation creative agency,” he added.Rose Yeung, director of sales and marketing at 7-Eleven, also commented, "When Rudi explains his digital and social executions, you would never be humiliated by jargon. He just makes complicated concepts easy to understand.”"Rudi is one of the most influential people in social media with a vision and plenty of passion. With his finger on the social pulse, Rudi would inspire both his team and clients to think out of the box and seize the opportunity presented by the social media wave," added Brucemond Chan, senior marketing manager at Fonterra Brands Limited in Hong Kong.
