Rolls-Royce appoints agencies to handle creative duties on project basis

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has appointed two agencies to handle creative duties for an upcoming project. Marketing understands BBH will handle above-the-line creative duties while TMRW will be responsible for below-the-line activities. I_Possible is the retainer agency handling creative duties for Rolls-Royce.

Rolls-Royce declined to comment on Marketing's queries.

This appointment comes after Rolls-Royce appointed Zeno Group Singapore to manage its social media content in Asia Pacific, following a pitch held in July. In a statement to Marketing, a spokesperson for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars said work is expected to roll out this month.

“The Asia Pacific region is becoming a bright spot for mobile connectivity. The region enjoys growing smartphone penetration, high mobile data transfer speeds and one of the longest mobile usage stats across all demographic segments. But more than just a general direction to go mobile, the latter fact means we can no longer simply make do with mobile derivations of other digital initiatives,” the spokesperson said.

“Rather, we must now create rich, engaging and relevant customer experiences made specifically for mobile platforms. With so much of social media success relying on stand-out content, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has appointed Zeno, a specialized digital agency to drive conversations across social media platforms,” the spokesperson added.
