Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) is strengthening its presence in the Philippines' regional office market with the launch of work.able Iloilo, its first and largest flexible workspace centre in Western Visayas, as companies increasingly look beyond Metro Manila for expansion opportunities.
Located on the 10th floor of Cybergate Iloilo Tower 3, the new facility offers more than 420 seats, marking work.able's expansion outside the capital and reinforcing RLC's strategy of supporting businesses seeking flexible, ready-to-use office environments in emerging regional hubs.
The fully serviced workspace is designed to help organisations establish operations quickly without investing in permanent office fit-outs, allowing them to scale teams according to business needs while maintaining access to regional talent and customers.

"Iloilo presents a compelling opportunity for companies that want to grow beyond Metro Manila while staying close to talent, infrastructure, and regional markets," said Jericho P. Go, senior vice president and business unit general manager of Robinsons Offices, which serves as the landlord of work.able Iloilo. "With work.able now in Cybergate Iloilo 3, there is a ready platform for organisations to establish a flexible presence in Western Visayas and scale with greater confidence."
The launch comes as Iloilo continues to strengthen its position as one of the country's leading provincial business destinations. According to CBRE's first-quarter 2026 market report, the city ranks among the country's top-performing provincial office sub-districts, emerging as an attractive alternative to established office markets such as Metro Manila and Cebu.
RLC said businesses expanding into the Visayas stand to benefit from Iloilo's skilled workforce, operating efficiencies and competitive costs. The new workspace is intended to support satellite offices, project teams, regional operations and businesses requiring temporary office space before transitioning into permanent locations.
Situated beside Robinsons Pavia along Senator Benigno S. Aquino Jr. Avenue, Cybergate Iloilo Tower 3 is approximately a 15-minute drive from Iloilo International Airport. The Grade A office building is also connected to public transport links and sits within an integrated commercial development offering retail, dining and essential services.
The workspace comprises 25 private offices alongside boardrooms, meeting rooms, focus pods and hot desks to accommodate both long-term tenants and short-term users. It also features a town hall and common pantry capable of hosting around 90 people in a dining configuration or up to 185 attendees for training sessions and town hall events.
Reflecting its regional identity, the interiors draw inspiration from the Dinagyang Festival through locally woven elements, rhythmic textures, warm wood finishes, earthy colour palettes and locally sourced materials.
"work.able Iloilo was designed for businesses that need speed, flexibility, and operational support," said Elton John Peralta, senior director and head of work.able. "Through its serviced offices, scalable work areas, and end-to-end support, the centre allows companies to set up or expand in Iloilo quickly while we manage their workspace requirements."
The opening also coincides with Robinsons Land's 46th anniversary, underscoring the property developer's continued diversification across offices, residential developments, malls, hotels, destination estates, sports and recreation facilities, and flexible workspace offerings.
