Now in its fourth edition, Marketing’s Loyalty & Engagement Awards is back and open for entries.

The Awards support Marketing magazine’s mission of elevating marketing standards and practices in the region and is the only loyalty-focused awards programme across South Asia, Southeast Asia and ANZ markets to focus completely on customer loyalty and engagement.

For the first time, the awards will recognise three new exciting categories in the Loyalty segment: Best Loyalty Programme – F&B, Best Loyalty Programme – Retailer and Best Loyalty Programme – Travel / Hospitality.

Last year, DBS Bank took the spotlight and clinched 6 trophies across several categories, walking away with the coveted title of Loyalty & Engagement Brand of the Year.

On the agency side, CPR Vision Management, Denstu Singapore and MRM//McCANN Singapore were indisputable as the top agencies in Loyalty and Engagement, walking away with  the titles of Loyalty Agency of the Year, Engagement Agency of the Year and Relationship Marketing Agency of the Year respectively.

Client organisations and their respective agency partners from South Asia, Southeast Asia and ANZ markets are eligible to enter and they have until 18 May to prepare and submit their entries. Entries should reflect results achieved between the period of July 2015 – June  2016.

You can also look forward to seeing popular categories return this year, including Best Use of Brand Advocacy/Influencers; Best Use of Experiential/Live Marketing; and Best Use of Consumer Insights/Data Analytics.

The Loyalty & Engagement Awards will be held on 15 July 2016 at Shangri-La Hotel Singapore.
