Global adtech company Quantcast has appointed Jordan Khoo (pictured) as vice president for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, expanding its leadership team as it accelerates growth across APAC.

Based in Singapore, Khoo will lead the company’s strategy and commercial operations in the region. His appointment is effective immediately.

Khoo was most recently managing director, APAC, at DoubleVerify, where he led the company’s regional expansion. He previously held senior roles at Sizmek, including vice president for APAC, where he focused on driving commercial growth and strengthening customer relationships.

"Khoo is a results-driven leader, with a proven track record for building high-performing teams and scaling ad tech businesses throughout the diverse markets of the Asia-Pacific region. We’re excited by our continued growth in APAC and I’m excited that Quantcast and our clients will benefit from Khoo's expertise in market development, strategic partnerships and industry leadership," said Konrad Feldman, chief executive officer at Quantcast.

Speaking on his new role, Khoo said, "Joining Quantcast is an opportunity to bring my expertise, skills and experience to a business that is thriving in the APAC market."

"My focus will be on continuing to harness the power of AI and data-driven strategies to unlock greater effectiveness in digital advertising, helping our clients and teams to navigate the complex, fast-changing media landscape. I look forward to using my experience, particularly my extensive knowledge of the digital market in the APAC region, to strengthen and grow our partnerships," Khoo added.

Khoo's new position follows Quantcast's appointment of Sally Ng as managing director for North Asia in 2024, as part of its expansion in the APAC region. In the newly created role, Ng will lead the growth of Quantcast in Hong Kong, China Outbound, Taiwan, and other North Asia markets, while being based in Hong Kong.
