Publicis relaunches Digitas in China, announces three appoinments

DigitasLBi China has relaunched as Digitas and appointed key members of management to strengthen its position in China.

Sharon Ho – joined Publicis.Sapient in 2017 – will lead as managing director alongside Brian Ng, China’s chief strategy officer and Nic Brennan, executive creative director, Digitas China. Ho will report to Digitas’s CEO, APAC Annette Male.

The company said the relaunch of Digitas will further strengthen the service offering that Publicis can offer clients. Meanwhile, the latest appointments aims to help grow Digitas’ business and clients succeed in China’s fast-changing digital environment, according to a press release.

“Digitas’ diversified capabilities across digital, data, strategy and marketing technology will greatly enhance our client offering. I have no doubt that Sharon (Ho) and her team will continue to drive marketing transformation and value for our clients,” said Male.

Speaking of her appointment, Ho commented, “Chinese marketing needs have been evolving so quickly as the market grows, and the Digitas proposition is a direct response to the need for full funnel marketing transformation solutions.”
