Prudential Hong Kong has joined hands with five companies in different industry sectors to expand its ecosystem of wealth, health and protection solutions. The five companies include 10Life, AlipayHK, EC Healthcare, AWEsum Care and 11 SKIES.

The five new strategic partnerships are in addition to the 20-plus existing ones within Prudential’s comprehensive ecosystem, which spans major consumer engagement touchpoints including personal care and healthcare, hospitality, retail, fitness and education, along with legacy planning and wealth management.

Leveraging its omnichannel strategy that encompasses both online and offline touchpoints to offer timely, easy-to-access and tailored insurance, wellness, plus other value-added products and services, Prudential hopes to help customers achieve their health and wealth objectives upon the partnerships.

Lawrence Lam, chief executive officer of Prudential Hong Kong, said, “As a company that aims to help people get the most out of life, we understand every customer is unique with diverse needs to realise their life goals and dreams, whether big or small.  By joining hands with other industry leaders to offer health, wealth and other products and services that matter most to our customers, we hope to help them achieve health and financial security through an omni-presence, no matter what life stage they are at.”

“These partnerships mark a significant milestone for our ecosystem strategy to offer a best-in-class total customer experience, including relevant perks and benefits.  We believe that by making health and financial security available at moments that matter most to our customers, we empower them to succeed in their wellbeing and protection journey and to get the most out of life,” Lam added.

Prudential's spokesperson told MARKETING-INTERACTIVE that the insurer leverages customised tools and advertising campaigns to facilitate conversation; and thus setting its segment-led product proposition and create value, while addressing customers pain points targeted for different segments. Furthermore, it is committed to making health and wealth protection simpler and more accessible by leveraging the power of a fully integrated partnership ecosystem that generates a fresh mix of insights, new experiences and touchpoints. Going forward, it will continue to grow and empower this ecosystem to bring best-in-class offers to our customers.
