Prudential has appointed Anthony Shaw (pictured) as chief marketing officer, reporting to CEO Derek Yung. Shaw has been with the company for 13 years holding regional and local roles.
In his new role, Shaw will be tasked to drive the branch’s marketing and customer service initiatives such as product development, distribution channel marketing, digital marketing, marketing communications, market intelligence and advanced customer insights.
“As an insurance industry veteran, Anthony has contributed to Prudential’s success for more than a decade,” said Yung.
“With his experience in customer insight and analytics, he brings great value to the development of our product and marketing innovations, while his passion for understanding customer needs will be of great benefit as we develop our innovative service culture throughout the company.”
