PHD Hong Kong has appointed Imogen Bourke as its head of strategy to take lead on the continued development, and elevation of the agency’s strategic product across all client portfolios.
Bourke’s appointment is effective immediately and she will report into Clement Chung, managing director of PHD Hong Kong.

Bourke joins the agency from Starcom in Melbourne, Australia where she was director of strategy and was responsible for leading the agency’s strategic arm for over five years.
