Performics promotes Shankar to GM

Performics, a Publicis Groupe’s performance marketing solutions arm, has promoted Hari Shankar as general manager. Shankar’s latest appointment is an expansion from his former role as director of Performics Client Services, headquartered in Singapore.

In his expanded role, Shankar will be working with Adam Hemming, CEO of ZenithOptimedia Singapore and Gareth Mulryan, managing director of Performics APAC on all aspects of management. This includes operations, driving overall business growth and setting benchmarks and best practices across Singapore and Performics’ APAC clients.

Shankar will also take responsibility for the integration of Resultrix which was acquired by ZenithOptimedia in 2012 and its continued development into a leading web and technology solutions company.  He will also continue to be the client services lead for centralised clients out of Singapore including Airbnb, Paypal, Marriott Hotels and Singapore Airlines.

“Hari has shown that he is an extremely able business leader. In a short time, he has developed Performics into an established leader in the performance marketing sphere in APAC,” Hemming (pictured) added.
