People’s Association picks online media buying agency

People’s Association (PA) has appointed Vizeum Singapore for online media buying duties. According to Gebiz, the agency will be tasked with amplifying PA's messages on Facebook, Instagram and other variable buys, through post boosting and fan acquisition ads.The tender also saw six other agencies vying for the account. This includes Amber Creative, BlackBlue Media Group, Ctrlshift Singapore, GroupM Singapore, Purpleclick Media and WS Group.The organisation was mostly recently on the look out for an agency to manage its digital media buy for the 2018 Chingay Parade. It was also on the lookout for a social media agency to undertake the marketing and maintenance of its Facebook page for its PMET network Facebook page, its life skills and lifestyle division.In June, PA appointed Adred Creation Holdings for social media duties following a tender which saw nine other agencies vying for the account. This includes CMG Group (Singapore), Comwerks, Hill & Knowlton (Sea), KRDS Digital, Paprika Global, Pinheads Interactive, Qais Consulting, Strategic Digitalab, WS Group.Last year, PA appointed GroupM’s Vocanic to handle its social media duties, making it the latter’s first public sector client. This was for a contracted period of 1 July 2016 to 31 March 2017.
