ParagonCorp launches ParaGoNation to inspire freedom without limits

ParagonCorp has unveiled its latest digital campaign, “Merdeka tanpa batas”, a two-minute film designed to inspire Indonesians to embrace “freedom without limits” through meaningful action.

Produced by ParaStudio and directed by Nizar Umar Akbar, Taufik Fauzi, and Fuadi Yahya, the campaign focuses on the ParaGoNation expedition as a living testament to courage, sincerity, and societal impact.

The initiative aims to motivate young Indonesians to translate inspiration into tangible contributions that extend beyond themselves, creating a ripple effect of shared goodness. At the same time, it encourages Paragonians and the wider community to adopt the ParaGoNation ethos - a space where intrapreneurship, technology, and social impact converge.

“It all began with Paragon’s purpose, anchored in the spirit of rahmatan lil alamin to be a blessing for the universe,” said the CSR team at ParagonCorp. “Through the ParaGoNation movement, we’ve witnessed the true meaning of Merdeka tanpa batas: freedom that comes not from duty, but from the courage to act with sincerity and the heart to make a difference.”

“Each story, each step of this journey, shows how small, genuine actions can ripple outward to touch countless lives. This spirit reflects Paragon’s enduring vision: to create lasting good, inspire meaningful change, and leave a positive mark on society that goes far beyond today.”

By breaking boundaries across sectors, functions, and generations, “Merdeka tanpa batas” seeks to become a catalyst for sustainable innovation and collaboration. The campaign highlights that meaningful change for Indonesia is not only possible, but achievable when communities unite around shared purpose.

To commemorate Indonesia’s 80th Independence Day, ParagonCorp held a large-scale flag ceremony at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII), Jakarta, involving over 3,000 employees (“Paragonians”), community members, and partners. Simultaneous ceremonies took place across 42 ParagonCorp locations nationwide.

The movement began with the ParaGoNation expedition, reaching remote and underdeveloped areas, and continues through diverse programmes in education, healthcare, women’s empowerment, economic development, and environmental sustainability.

Celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, ParagonCorp is an Indonesian manufacturer and distributor of cosmetics and personal care products. The company is known for managing several popular local brands, including Wardah, Make Over, Emina, and Kahf.
