A S$10 million refurbishment programme now sees Pan Pacific Orchard boasting refreshed meeting facilities, guestrooms, and restaurants.
The existing five meeting rooms, boardroom, and outdoor poolside area have been refurbished with new furnishing and smart facilities, capable of accommodating 10 to 150 guests.
The Executive Rooms, Studio Rooms, and Pacific Club Suites, as well as its restaurants 10 at Claymore and Lobby Lounge, and public areas such as the entrance and main lobby have also been refined to provide a more comfortable and intimate environment for business and leisure travellers alike.
The hotel has also pledged to offer a smoke-free environment, which will take effect in October.
Dean Rossilli, general manager of Pan Pacific Orchard, said the refurbishment was a "proactive response to the guest feedback" solicited through a series of focus interviews.
