oOh!media has named Wade James group sales director, bringing him back into the fold to help drive deeper agency relationships and client outcomes as the out of home sector continues to expand.

James, who previously spent more than a decade at oOh! in senior sales roles including national head of agency sales, returns at a time of renewed focus on insight-led engagement and measurable campaign results.

He officially joins on 15 July and will work closely with the national sales team to help execute the company’s unified sales strategy across its national network.

Mark Fairhurst, chief revenue officer at oOh!, said his appointment strengthens the company’s customer-first agenda.

“We’ve built a clear strategic direction to ensure we create value for our customers, backed by market-leading products and a highly engaged team," Fairhurst said. "Having someone of Wade’s calibre and deep understanding of Out of Home media return to oOh! is a huge asset. He brings proven leadership, trusted agency and client relationships, and a strong alignment with our customer-first approach.”

James most recently held a contract role as group sales director at the Australian Traffic Network. His broader career includes senior sales roles at APN Outdoor and DMG Radio. He is also a Melbourne board member of UnLtd.

“In a period where the channel is seeing outstanding growth, the amazing opportunity to rejoin a team that is passionate about driving meaningful results for clients, is something that I'm really looking forward to.”
