One Faber Group on the lookout for digital agency

One Faber Group is on the hunt for a digital agency. The appointed agency will be tasked with providing expanded services, including digital and social media strategy and consultancy, social media management, search engine optimisation, and email marketing.

The agency has to propose optimal frequency of posts for Facebook pages and Instagram accounts, as well as social media activation to drive engagements and fan growth. Some of the other duties include proposing paid social media strategy with the aim of increasing reach and engagement of One Faber Group's social media posts.

As part of a social influencer engagement strategy, the appointed agency will be tasked to propose drip marketing campaigns to be developed within the year. The agency also has to provide recommendations to improve overall customer experience on One Faber Group's website and online store.

One Faber Group previously retained Carbon Interactive in 2017, as its digital and social media agency for one year and four months. The contract came with an option to extend for an additional two years. The reappointment was the agency’s third consecutive one by the group, one being in 2015.

One Faber Group is an autonomous subsidiary of Sentosa Development Corporation, and covers attractions such as Singapore Cable Car, the outdoor night show on Sentosa, Wings of Time and Sentosa Merlion. It also operates a suite of leisure and lifestyle services including attractions, guided tours, event venues, souvenir and lifestyle outlets as well as F&B operations.

In line with its 45th anniversary this year, the group launched a year-long line-up of activities, events, promotions and food and beverage creations at the Singapore Cable Car station from 30 March 2019 until April 2020. Some of these events and activities are daily multimedia night show with original content, self-guided exploration activity at five selected cable car stations and many other food and beverage promotions in selected months. This comes as a joint initiative with Sentosa Development Corporation to ramp up its night offerings to appeal to more visitors.

In 2017, One Faber Group unveiled a new brand logo. The new logo was created with reference to the two logos it used to promote local attractions such as Singapore Cable Car and Faber Peak Singapore, which it is known for.
