Omnicom Media has launched Hearts United, a new global media agency formed through the combination of Hearts & Science and Mediahub.
Headquartered within Omnicom Media's global network, Hearts United will operate across 40 markets and represents approximately US$9.1 billion in 2025 billings. The agency is led by Nicole Estebanell in the US and Ross Jenkins across EMEA, with leadership for APAC and LATAM expected to be announced in Q4.
Estebanell has been CEO of Mediahub US since October 2024. Before joining the agency's top leadership, she was global chief client officer at Initiative and chief transformation officer for North America at Mindshare. She also spent six years at Digitas and four years at Ogilvy earlier in her career.
Jenkins has led Mediahub across EMEA and APAC since 2021, having previously served as global managing director of Profero Performance and global managing director of media and analytics at MullenLowe Mediahub. He began his career at Mindshare.

The launch brings together two networks that have recorded significant growth in recent years. Between 2021 and 2025, Hearts & Science grew its billings by 50%, while Mediahub increased its billings by 33%. Both agencies have continued to grow in 2026.
Hearts United also enters the market with a strong new business track record. According to COMvergence's real-time dashboards, the agency ranks first in the US year-to-date with US$294 million in net new business, and third globally and in EMEA with US$567 million and US$242 million respectively. The figures are based on wins minus losses, including retentions.
The agency has been created to work across a media landscape where influence moves between platforms, creators, communities, commerce and AI. Its operating model is built around four principles: outcomes-oriented, predictive by design, ecosystem mastery, and focused and senior-led.
Under the model, Hearts United will tie its commercial approach more closely to client growth, while embedding AI into workflows to increase capacity and support decision-making. Teams will also plan across platforms, creators, communities and commerce rather than treating individual channels as separate decisions.
The agency will draw on Omnicom Media's wider scale, data and technology, identity, commerce capabilities and talent, alongside sibling agencies OMD, Initiative, PHD and UM.
Commenting on the launch, Omnicom Media CEO Florian Adamski said, “Hearts & Science helped pioneer data-driven decision-making, while Mediahub broke new ground by proving media could serve as a creative platform."
“In bringing them together as Hearts United, we have created a new globally scaled network built from complementary strengths, approaches and footprints, and grounded in the shared principle of putting client growth at the heart of every decision," he added.
The launch comes as Omnicom Media records the strongest year-to-date total new business performance among global media groups in 2026. The group has secured US$4.1 billion in new client billings so far this year, with wins including Adidas, Delta, Dyson, IBM, Mark Anthony Brands, Novo Nordisk, On and Subway.
